Every now & then we sense that it's time to take a break.  The body & soul seem to be searching for a place to relax and let go.  We need a serious 'time-out'.

Many of us think that means we do should do 'nothing' like laying on the couch & staring into space to relax.  But a truly restorative time-out means much more than that.

Think about what kinds of activities really revive, re-energize, and renew you.  Walking, running, yoga, painting, journaling….find the activity that refills your well, and make it a priority.
