That's right. B-R-E-A-T-H-E.  Yes, go ahead and try it right now.  As you read these words, take a moment to focus on your breathe for just a few moments.  Start with a deep breath:  Breathe In.  Breathe Out.  Breathe In.  Breathe Out.  Breathe In.  Breathe Out.  Breathe In.  Breathe Out.  One more?  Breathe In.  Breathe Out.

You've just managed to still your mind for 5 breaths and reset your nervous system.  Bravo!  How easy was that?
